Policies

-Our property is non smoking. This means no smoking, vaping, etc anywhere in or out of the house or property.

-No pets are allowed except for registered service animals. 

-We are not handicapped accessible as we have 6 steps getting into the house. We have 1 guest room on the 1st floor (Master Suite). 

-We do not allow children under the age of 10.

-All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2.

Best Rate Reservations - This is a non-refundable rate. No refunds or credits will be offered. 

Standard Rate Reservations 

-Single Room reservation- Rooms cancelled more than 14 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival will receive a complete refund. If the room is cancelled less than 14 days, the full price of the room will be charged to a guest’s credit card. 

-2 Rooms reservation - Rooms cancelled 21 days prior a guest's scheduled arrival will receive a complete refund. If the room is cancelled less than 21 days, the full price of the room will be charged to a guest’s credit card. 

-3-7 Rooms reservation - Rooms cancelled more than 45 days prior to guest's scheduled arrival will receive a complete refund. If the room is cancelled less than 45 days, the full price of the room will be charged to a guest’s credit card.

-We offer a Flexible rate allowing up to 72 hour prior to check in to be able to cancel. This is a $35 per night per room add on. 

-Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

-Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. 

-We do not have private parking. Street parking is available around the inn and is first come, first served basis. 

-Online acceptance of our policies includes acceptance of all of the policies listed on our website.
